Mttc organised online webinar on oct 9th at 7 pm in connection with world mental health day. Dr. Sagar and Dr. Hema were the chief guest. Sagar sir explained about the importance of mental health. How to maintain a good mental health and the important part to reduce stress is by shareing our sadness with anyone. We must also be a good listener or friend who must give time to help someone in his bad conduction. From my personal experience i have faced a lot of stress and many such i have not shared with anyone.. Few times i feel lonely and cry because i feel like i dont have anyone to share my pain.. I have supressed many fears but i constantly faced and fight my fears alone... When years passed i found all those tears and pains made me strong...but we need to strive those few seconds which force us to be suicidal. Once we made our heart think that everything will be alright nothing can stop us.. To maintain a good health sir told many valuable things. Really this class was helpfull and...
