Nisarga conducted a super program on yoga day. Hari sir was our chief guest and. It was a wonderful session. Sir gave us new ideas of breathing exercise..how to maintain a calm mind... Feels calm and pleasant after yoga 🙏😊..

Was a wonderful session. They startec with a creative video aswell.. I feel blessed to be a part of this mesmerising ocassion. Sreeram sir played flute music for many songs and it was beyond words👌👌..Johnson sir also given a superb speech and song.. Atlast our Maya maam given a beautiful messages coveying speech. Spectacular inauguration 🙏.
