Republic day Celebration at Mar Theophilus college

Today (26-01-2021) we celebrated our 72nd republic day at Mar Theophilus college. The programme started at 8.30 pm with a silent prayer. Dr.Joju sir welcome all students, teachers, and other staff members of Mar Theophilus college. Sir welcomed Giby Teacher to host the flag in the absence of our respected principal sir.  Giby teacher shared the concept republic, importance and history behind republic day Celebration. Teacher also shared about heart touching and nostalgic moments in Delhi visit. Giby teacher told the value of our indian constitution, our pledge and  mentioned the great leaders, their dedication behind our written constitution. After Giby maams speech our college chairperson conveyed a great message. Being Indian citizens we must give priorities to our duties and responsibilities than our rights. Then pledge was conducted.
